Shipping and returns

Shipping Domestic

Standard tracked postal service, usually shipped on the same day, costing 41 kr and reaching you within 1-2 days.

Shipping International

Standard tracked postal service, usually shipped on the same day, costing 89 kr (Europe) and 132 kr (Global) and approximately reaching you within 3-4 days. Outside of continental Europe, the delivery time increases to around 5-10 days.

Returns

• Damaged goods

Undamaged items must be returned within 14 days to the company address at

Ægirsgade 73, 5tv. Copenhagen 2200, Denmark

If however, the product will be assessed as damaged upon arrival, no payback can therefor be issued.  

Bosworth Studio is not responsible for undelivered returns.

• Gifts

You are welcome to return an undamaged item if you have identified it as a gift while purchasing. Please do so in the comments section of your purchase.

Once returned, you will receive a notification about its arrival and a payback will be issued to you.

Your payback will be issued upon receiving the return and will reach you within 7-10 business days.

What to Do if the Print Arrives Damaged

Please email polly@bosworth-studio.com with a photo of your damaged good, within 14 days of your merchandise delivery date. After reviewing the photographs, a replacement print will you reshipped to your address.
